Right to Refuse Service
Canadataxback reserves the right to refuse service at any time and for any reason — particularly in cases where there is suspected intentional violation of the Canadian Income Tax Act.
Eligibility to Use the Canadataxback Service
To use the taxback service provided by Canadataxback, you must meet both of the following conditions:
- You worked in Canada under an International Experience Canada (IEC) Visa, such as:
- Working Holiday
- Young Professionals
- International Co-op Internship
- You have permanently left Canada.

Calculation Request form
The request form is protected by SSL encryption, ensuring your personal data is transmitted securely.
After you submit the form, Canadataxback will send you a non-binding tax estimate by email.
This estimate is based solely on the information you provide and does not guarantee a tax refund.
In some cases, we may need to ask additional questions or request supporting documents, depending on your individual tax situation.
All communication will be handled via the email address you provide in the form.
Fees
- The service fee is $10 per tax calculation. The $10 service fee will be applied to your invoice if you decide to file a tax return.
- The service fee for the preparation of the tax return is $50 per tax return
- If your tax return includes self-employment income (in addition to any regular employment income), a flat fee of $80 applies

- We help you respond to CRA inquiries if they ask for more information.
- We assist with objections or corrections if the CRA makes an error in processing your return.
Payment
Canadataxback accepts PayPal as a secure payment method.
PayPal is widely recognized as one of the safest ways to pay online.
Don’t have a PayPal account?
No problem — you can still pay with all major credit cards through PayPal without creating an account.
An invoice will be sent to the email address you provided in the request form.
Please note: The secured PDF tax return will only be delivered after the invoice has been paid.
What to Expect When Filing Your Canadian Tax Return with Canadataxback
By choosing to have Canadataxback prepare your Canadian tax return, you agree to the following:

A copy of your passport or identity card is required as proof of identity.
This will be uploaded securely via a link provided by Canadataxback.
✅ Service Agreement
Canadataxback will prepare your tax return to the best of their knowledge and according to current Canadian tax laws.
You agree to pay the previously agreed-upon service fee.
By proceeding, you automatically accept Canadataxback’s Terms and Conditions.
📝 Your Responsibilities
When Canadataxback prepares your tax return, it is assumed that:
You have not already filed a tax return in Canada for the same tax year.
You will provide complete and truthful information about:
Your personal details
All sources of income, including income earned outside of Canada
Canadataxback reserves the right to refuse service if there is reason to believe the Canadian Tax Act is being intentionally violated.
📬 Delivery & Final Processing
Your completed tax return will be sent to you by email as a password-protected PDF.
Only you and Canadataxback will have access to the password.The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has the final authority in assessing your return. They may:
Charge interest for late filings
Offset your refund against any unpaid taxes or benefits
Request repayment of overpaid benefits
User Responsibility
It is the user’s responsibility to:
- Ensure that all information provided is complete and accurate
- Check and confirm all personal information (e.g., address, Social Insurance Number) before the return is submitted
- Mail the documents to the CRA as instructed
- Monitor correspondence from the CRA (including mailed notices or online messages)
CRA Processing Time
Once mailed to the CRA, Canadataxback has no control over the processing time of your return.
The CRA may take up to 16 weeks or longer, especially during peak periods.
Disclaimer
Canadataxback is not responsible for any changes made by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) to your tax return after filing.
If the Notice of Assessment is adjusted by the CRA due to missing or incorrect information, Canadataxback cannot be held liable.
Examples of such missing or incorrect information include:
- Failing to include a Canadian T4 slip
- Not reporting additional Canadian income for the tax year*
- Not reporting foreign income for the tax year*
*Note: All income—both Canadian and foreign—must be reported truthfully and completely to ensure an accurate tax return.
Refund Policy
The services provided on www.canada-taxback.com are delivered electronically.
Once your completed tax return (PDF) has been sent to you, the service is considered fully delivered, and no refunds can be issued.
Changing your mind about using the taxback service after completion does not qualify for a refund.
❌ No Refunds Will Be Issued If:
- You did not report all income on the request form, and the CRA had to recalculate your return as a result.
- The CRA uses your refund to offset existing debts, such as:
- Repayment of GST/HST or other credits
- Unpaid taxes or benefits from prior tax years
Data Protection & Confidentiality
Canadataxback treats all client information as strictly confidential.
Personal data and documents are used solely for the purpose of preparing your Canadian tax return and are not shared with third parties, except as required by law or with your express consent.
Documents and personal data submitted through our secure form are deleted after the completion of the service, unless required for legal recordkeeping.
Legal Jurisdiction
All services are provided in accordance with Canadian law. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Alberta, Canada. By using the services, you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
Before pursuing litigation, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, the parties agree to engage in mediation or arbitration before initiating court proceedings.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Canadataxback’s liability for any claim related to the services provided shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the service. Canadataxback shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the services.
